Overview

Our client is a new start-up out of Houston that is looking to hire an Implementations Manager to their team. The client's mission is to help business work smarter and deliver a more delightful workplace experience with our HR Tech platform. The Implementations Managers role will be Managing the implementation of the HR platform for multiple clients across the U.S.. This person will be the line of communication between the client and the implementation analyst and oversee the clients needs and use for the platform. Requirements include: •Industry knowledge, specifically in human resources, benefits and/or software •Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite •Familiarity with a project management software, we use Wrike •Familiarity with a client management software, we use Hubspot •Extremely organized and detail oriented •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Ability to work autonomously and independently •Collaborative, positive attitude, and self-motivated
