Overview
Required skills and experience: 1. 3+ years in a clinical, psychiatric or developmental setting. 2. 3+ years supervisory/managerial experience. 3. Knowledge and understanding of regulations and related codes. 4. Maintains a current state license as a LPC-MHSP, LADAC, LCSW or a related professional license. 5. Experience working with addiction, mental health and co-occurring disorders. 6. Auditing experience highly preferred. What you need to know: 1. Looking for someone who is High professional, who can read, write and communicate well & very collaborative with other disciplines. 2. This position will 0versee all the clinicians and clinical programing on campus and provide clinical supervision to the therapist and mentorship to the staff. 3. Located in Wimberley, halfway between Austin and San Antonio, the campus features separate residences for men and women. 4. Facility offers inpatient detox and rehab as well as an intensive outpatient program. 5. Specialize in dual-diagnosis and co-occurring disorders such as anxiety disorders, alcohol disorders, mood disorders, drug rehab, personality disorders, & Trauma and PSTD.
