Overview
Facility is in need of 1 CRNA to work full time starting as soon as credentialed until June 1, 2021. They prefer a provider who is local. Adult & Peds Vent Management Average 4 cases per day EMR is Epic Sparrow will be responsible for mileage and accommodations if needed. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AANA Certified - Required Active MI license - Required at time of clear BLS, ACLS, PALS - Required Minimum of 4 years experience (No new grads) - Required Clean background with no malpractice - Required at time of clear Local providers within driving distance- Highly Preferred CRNA is available full time - Required ***Please note availability at name clear!*** CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS AANA ACLS BLS PALS
