Large facility in Iowa is seeking a locum or locum to perm CRNA to provide full time coverage starting in January through April or longer. CRNAs work independently Adult & Pediatric Required EMR is Cerner Facility will reimburse for travel and housing Credentialing can be done is as little as 2 weeks SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AANA - Required BLS, ACLS & PALS - Required Adult & Peds experience - Required IA License at time of submission - Required Experience - Highly Preferred (will consider new grads) *May consider multiple providers who can only cover 2 weeks per month but full time preferred CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS AANA ACLS BLS PALS STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Iowa Compact Allowed
