Position Summary: The Account Executive is responsible for establishing, developing and growing their specific accounts. The Account Executive will prospect, nurture, and connect with prospects to find solutions to partner through Relode memberships and services. The position requires direct customer contact, ultimately building relationships and promoting Relode’s core business. The Account Executive is responsible for driving results within the assigned accounts and achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with expectations of Relode standards. Specifically, setting meetings, running demos, landing new customers and expanding existing relationships. While Relode is located in Nashville, TN, this role is remote opportunity for individuals based in the Phoenix, AZ area that will report directly to the local Relode Head of Sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Using the tricks to the trade (calls, emails, social, etc.) to engage new prospects. - Execute in a high velocity environment (think 6-week sales cycles). - Comfortable with modern sales technology stemming from Salesforce.com - Enjoy competition and embrace being measured against key KPI’s typical of an Account Executive. - Provide a customer experience that delights your prospects and customers and encourages them to become Relode advocates! - Partner with delivery to assure an incredible client onboarding experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - You know how to prospect off a target list. - Must have an aptitude for account management: managing gatekeepers, influencing multiple decision makers, and understanding the complexities of a transaction. - Must have ability to generate, identify and establish new accounts. - Demonstrates professional behavior reflective of Relode’s mission statement, philosophy and values. - Experience in SaaS, HR Tech or Recruiting/Staffing highly preferred. - Team player. You enjoy collaboration and clear communication. - Critical thinker and listener. - You love to present, listen and respond to feedback/concerns. - You’re persuasive. - You’re agile. - You want to own the entire sales process. - You enjoy high-volume, high-velocity sales. This is not a “Here’s 10 accounts, devise an 18-month strategy for each,” role. Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree preferred - 2 years SDR/AE experience preferred - Experience in healthcare, software or professional services preferred. - Extensive experience in account development and proven ability to close sales - Proficient digital skills (e.g. MS Office, Outlook, Excel, CRM software)
