Facility located in the beautiful White Mountains of NH needs a locum tenens Hospitalist to cover the following dates: Dates of Coverage Needed: Looking for 1-2 provider to cover all dates (ideally 1) Orientation 2/15 approx 3 hrs. February 15 2021 - February 16 2021 : 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM (12 hrs) February 16 2021 - February 17 2021 : 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM (12 hrs) February 17 2021 - February 18 2021 : 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM (12 hrs) February 18 2021 - February 19 2021 : 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM (12 hrs) February 19 2021 - February 20 2021 : 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM (12 hrs) February 20 2021 - February 21 2021 : 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM (12 hrs) February 21 2021 - February 22 2021 : 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM (12 hrs) February 22 2021 - February 23 2021 : 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM (12 hrs) February 24 2021 - February 25 2021 : 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM (12 hrs) February 25 2021 - February 26 2021 : 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM (12 hrs) February 26 2021 - February 27 2021 : 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM (12 hrs) February 27 2021 - February 28 2021 : 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM (12 hrs) February 28 2021 - March 1 2021: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM (12 hrs) 7p-7a, round with day doc 7-7:30am weekdays, round Saturdays and Sundays (2-4 hrs depending on census, second doc to assist with rounds 3 hrs each weekday morning depending on census, otherwise solo Per the facility: Hours are 7p-7a. Handoff is between 6:50-7:10 and can take 15 minutes or so. Rounding on Sat and Sunday is after 7am and paid in addition. Rounding can take 2-4 hours depending on volume. Orientation for new locum would be part of day Monday (prior to Monday 7 pm shift) +/- a couple hours of paid overlap/orientation with day hospitalist. Night hospitalist would round in am on Saturdays and Sundays (2-4 hours depending on census). Night hospitalist coming off Sunday ideally would participate in Monday Patient Care Conference (believe 8-9 am); not required but ideal. Average number of patients per day: Admissions: 2-5 new admits/consults per shift ICU: 2 (daily census) Inpatient (Non-ICU): 8-12 (daily visit or discharge): Observation, inpatient, and SNF/swing status Documentation system (EMR / Narrative / Template / etc.): Meditech Expanse 6.16, Dragon Adult 90% Pediatric 10% Medicine 85% Surgery 14% Trauma 1% Peds experience is a plus but not required! PLEASE REVIEW PRACTICE DESCRIPTION SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Board Certified FM or IM or BE within 5 years of residency - Required (FM preferred, IM last resort) New Hampshire License - Required AHA ACLS and BLS - Required Procedures on practice description - Required Availability at time of name clear - Required - looking for all dates. Local, No flights - Highly Preferred Rate cap $230/hr, $20k perm placement - Required CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) Board Certified DEA STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS New Hampshire
