Facility in Michigan is seeking 1 Geriatric Psychiatrist to work full time, for 4 weeks in Feb 1-26; M-F 8-5 and will not considered splitting up the need with multiple locums. Provider must have a Fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry to be considered! Board Certification required as part of their bylaws Michigan licensed or IMLC providers only SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Board Certification - Required (no BE) Fellowship trained in Geriatric Psych - Required MI licensed or IMLC at time of submission - Required Provider is available full time 1/4-1/29 - Required Malpractice rate is included in all rates - Required CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BLS Board Certified STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Michigan ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS MI CRS
