Overview
Required skills & experience: • B.S. or B.A. • Customer-focused work experience: product, retail, customer service, etc.... • Industrial customer service or account management is a plus • Experience with a CRM (sales-oriented or service-oriented) + Hubspot experience a plus • Willing to travel • Located in, or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN • Ideal candidate is someone who has worked in a start up environment, comfortable with change, worked with multiple accounts at once (not worked with a few massive accounts at a large organization), excelled at a hybrid account manager/customer success role in the past What you need to know: • You will be the primary point of contact for customers once they have signed on with our organization! • Develop a deep relationship with our customers • Assist customers with the ordering process, billing questions, and shipping details • Help schedule training sessions for new implementations (maybe even host some training sessions) • Handle incoming support requests from customers including warranty-related questions • Create the customer experience playbook: strategy, tone, etc... • Work between sales, ops, marketing, and product to provide the best service to our customers • Buildout customer success metrics • Continue to look for ways to improve the product, communication strategy, and buying experience
