Overview

Clients goal is to provide simple technology and service solutions to the skilled trades industry to effectively manage their temporary workforce & suppliers saving time and money, while providing insight and streamlined back office. Sales responsibilities • Working with the leadership Team to complete a sales strategy and execute AOP. • Developing and managing outbound sales campaigns targeting prospects and clients that lead to client demonstrations. • Researching and Sourcing potential new clients. • Following up on sales leads and building professional relationships with potential clients. • Preparing sales and marketing campaigns, lead discussions with potential clients, and overcoming objections to closure. • Overseeing individual sales opportunity diligence and the necessary gathering of all. needed information for successful advancement and control of the sales process. • Working with the development team to create and present technical sales demonstrations. • Logging all sales activities daily into CRM system. • Effectively working as part of a team. • Providing management with a weekly activity report in prep for weekly meeting. • Work closely with management team to shape quarterly pipeline generation goals. • Occasionally travel to conferences and events. Experience • Previous experience in direct service or Saas sales. • Strong preference for someone with Vendor Management Services, Managed Services, within the staffing industry. • A plus if candidate has any background specifically withing the skilled trade, construction, or industrial from the staffing background or service-oriented SaaS platforms within these industries. • Proven track record of successfully selling and achieving high performance targets. • Engaging, quick-on your feet, and a self-starter. • Strong sales prospecting, qualifying, and closing experience. • Experience selling to Executive level contacts. • Demonstrated ability in: time management, organization, planning, managing multiple projects and prioritization. • Self-driven, motivated and results-oriented; willing to work the numbers and be resilient. • Ability to foster relationships during the sales cycle and foster prospect and client relationships to build additional sales.
