Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview

Required skills and experience: 1. Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing. 2. Current State License as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina. 3. 2 years' experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting required. 4. Must have reliable transportation. 5. Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing.   What you need to know: 1. This is a full-tie opportunity in Hospice care, Mon-Fri 8a-5pm, with on call 1-2 nights per week. Bonuses available! 2. Makes the initial evaluation and re-evaluates the patients nursing needs during each visit. Makes follow up assessments according to OASIS and PPS regulatory guidelines. 3. Compares the Home Health Aide care plan to the actual care given as verified with patient/care-giver. Supervises & documents on the visit note and reports any discrepancies of the home health aide to the Clinical Supervisor. 4. Competitive compensation and company benefits!
