Overview
New client in Michigan is seeking a Pediatric Dentist for a permanent or locum-to-perm position. The main coverage location will be their Gaylord clinic, but the provider MUST be willing to travel to all DCN locations as well as needed. In addition, they would get the provider credentialed at a local hospital to perform hospital based dentistry as well. This is a 9 clinic nonprofit dental network servicing the uninsured and underinsured population. EMR is Dentrix 8-14 patients per day on average Facility will accept providers needing to obtain a MI license SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS DDS Certified - Required American Board of Pediatric Dentists - Highly Preferred MI license - Highly Preferred Local candidates within driving distance - Required (Facility will only reimburse mileage/hotel) Clean background with no malpractice - Highly Preferred CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Doctor of Dental Surgery Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Michigan ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Must be a Pediatric Dentist - MI specialty certificate required HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
