Required Skills and Experience: * Minimum Bachelor's Degree. Graduate Degree preferred. * 7+ years of business process analysis, business analysis, management consulting and/or change management experience. * Experience working in healthcare provider organizations, Medicare Advantage, Managed Care / Accountable Care Organizations, health insurance or multi-site ambulatory healthcare provider * Experience managing project and delivering products - The intent is that the role would be a combination of Scrum Master, Technical Product Owner, and Functional Analyst.
