Required skills and experience: - 4 - 7 years of applicable work experience in a Laboratory setting - 2 years of leadership experience - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, a laboratory science or related field is required - Certification in MB, MLS, or equivalent What you need to know: - they have had these roles open in the past but unsuccessful because they need candidates that can do everything in the job description not just one aspect of it. They need to know the details of everything listed. Interview process: - initial phone screen with VP of operations - couple of online assessments that will need to be completed - come onsite for final interview with same people.
