Overview
Job Description You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects focused on the implementation of MacroHealth solutions for external customers. This will include project planning and management, scheduling, risk management, scope management, internal and external communications, and status reporting. This position requires you to be a self-starter with the ability to take ownership, work with tight timelines, and handle various tasks simultaneously while continuing to develop a positive work culture. You will be part of a growing team of implementation experts driven to deliver consistently exceptional service to our clients. Your ability to utilize your knowledge of US healthcare Payers and Provider networks is critical to your success. Qualifications: * Strong working knowledge of healthcare operations, payer business processes, provider/network practices and data exchanges * Ability to develop strong working relationships with stakeholder groups, both internally and externally at any functional level * BA/BS degree, ideally with PMI, Lean Six Sigma, or similar project-management certification * Excellent oral, written documentation, and presentation abilities * Outstanding planning, negotiating, and influencing skills * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment * Strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills; listening and critical thinking; presentation and facilitation skills * 5+ years' experience as an external, client-facing Project Manager at enterprise scale * 3+ years' experience working in a US Healthcare Payer or Provider environment * Ability to develop and manage project plans using MS Project or SmartSheet * Strong background in implementation of software as a service (SaaS) products Your Background May Additionally Include: * MS in Healthcare Administration, Business or other related degree * EDI or data analytics experience * Technical or IT Project or Program Management experience * Experience with Confluence, Jira and Aha
