Inside Sales Support Specialist

Overview

Required skills & experience: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study. 2. 3 years of sales experience. 3. Clinical experience in the NICU, PICU, or pediatrics is also preferred but not required. 4. Customer facing experience in Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) and have experience working with customers in a hospital or other healthcare setting is a bonus. What you need to know: 1. Seeking a qualified candidate who is well organized and able to rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of sales related tasks. 3. Generate and maintain a master list of leads and document lead attempts in the appropriate software platforms. 4. Work with the Director of Marketing and the Director of sales to prep for various trade shows, including survey development and trade-show lead generation activities in advance of the trade shows.
