Overview
COVID-19 Vaccinators needed! *** Candidates will need to be able to start on Friday, 2/25 and work until Tuesday, 3/2. This will be a trial run for Ro, and will need more Vaccinators in the near future. As the COVID-19 vaccine becomes available to more and more New Yorkers, distribution to New York’s elderly population remains a challenge. New York’s 3.2 million elderly may find it difficult or unsafe to leave their home and travel to a vaccination site. Ro is bringing COVID-19 vaccines where these New Yorkers need them most: to their homes. Working with New York State’s Department of Health, Ro aims to vaccinate vulnerable and underprivileged New Yorkers from the safety of their homes—at no cost to them. Are you a Registered Nurse or Pharmacist interested in administering in-home Covid-19 vaccines to New York’s most vulnerable people? As a part of Ro’s Vaccine Drive, you will be a critical part of ensuring all New Yorkers have vaccine access. This is a per-diem hourly position with a minimum 7-hour shift. Qualified candidates possess: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Valid NYS licensure (for pharmacists, this includes vaccination certification) You must have received both doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, with the second dose administered at least 10 days before starting
