Overview
Required skills and experience: • 1+ years of insurance verification experience • Ability to problem solve in a proactive, creative manner while meeting deadlines • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible to changing needs • Excellent communication skills, customer service oriented • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license What you need to know: • As the Enrollment Specialist, you will support the clinic, Practice Manager, Clinical Lead, Counselors, and other staff by providing administrative office duties • Greet patients and process copayments, capture signatures on HIPAA forms • Ensure counselors have the necessary forms for their sessions daily • Process referrals in a timely and accurate manner, email, or mail intake packets • Verify Insurance at time of referral and before appointments the following day Interview process: 1. Phone screen with client recruiter 2. Video interview with hiring manager 3. Video interview with leadership team 4. Offer Preferred Experience: * Familiarity with Medicaid/Medicare/Commercial Insurance practices * Experience in a behavioral health setting
