Overview
Required Skills and Experience: 1. Life/Health license preferred. 2. Ability to transfer skills and knowledge; strong coaching skills. 3. College degree or equivalent experience. 4. 3-4 years of experience in sales within the insurance industry (preferred), specifically phone sales. What you need to know: 1. This is a full-time position. Remote until covid restrictions lift, so expect to back in an office setting in the near future. 2. Seeking candidates who are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams while being flexible and responsive to dynamic situations and changing priorities. 3. Company will pay for you to obtain more insurance licenses such as Medicare and Health within a 4-6 month time period. 4. This position will have uncapped commission! 5. Receive inbound calls and prequalify people to purchase different insurance policies available.
