Required skills and experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or technical disciple and/or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong background in quantitative thinking and statistical data analysis (at least 2-3 years) • Mental flexibility, including ability to dive deep into details of the data to ensure quality while understanding the big picture objectives of a given project • Ability to understand complex issues and develop meaningful analyses and recommendations for executive management • Advanced computer proficiency, comfort with cloud-based systems, and teleconferencing • Platform expertise in Salesforce (Service Cloud), Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint), Current Windows desktop and server operating systems, End Point Manage What you need to know: The Business Technology Analyst will provide technical expertise in the delivery of BT systems and processes that will support the Company. This person will be responsible for gathering and analyzing healthcare data from multiple sources, including but not limited to excel, SQL databases, insurance processing data, clinical quality data, and other electronic data sources, extracting trends and business insights from data to assist the organization in being profitable and streamlining processes.
