Overview

Required skills and experience: 1. High school diploma or the equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Property and Casualty resident insurance license and required registration. 3. 1 year of experience with a single carrier. 4. 2-3 years of insurance experience and/or call center experience. 5. Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment, transactional. 6. Analytical skills to understand key performance metrics. What you need to know: 1. This is a full-time opportunity, in office but may have some remote flexibility in the future. 2. Can expect growth opportunities. They offer leadership development training and promote from within for those employees seeking career advancement. 3. Company will pay to continue education in receiving more insurance licenses. 4. This position does not require cold calling. All leads are provided to the sales representative! 5. Assist Property and Casualty prospects in selecting appropriate coverages through a multi-product “Choice Platform.” 6. Target start date of April, 19th 2021.
