Overview

Required skills and experience: • MA RN license and BLS. • RN needs at least 1 year of recent experience working in the Emergency Department • Associate’s degree or diploma from an accredited school of nursing. BSN strongly preferred. What you need to know: • The RN is responsible for providing direct patient care based on the nursing process within assigned work periods. They function as a member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes consistent with the comprehensive plan of care. The RN participates in activities to achieve clinical, financial and organizational outcomes. • Knowledge of nursing process, social, behavioral and biological sciences normally acquired via approved nursing program. Able to provide age and culturally specific care to the population served. Ability to analyze data, to synthesize and summarize information and to make judgements regarding patient care. Shift Schedule: Evening Shift: 3 pm-11:30pm (3 shifts per week) Night Shift: 11pm-7:30am (3 shifts per week) Interview process: -Call with recruiter -Video Call with hiring manager/clinical director -onsite interview
