Lead Therapist

Overview

Required skills and experience: 1. Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or other relevant health related discipline. 2. Must be an LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or licensed Psychologist in CA (***will only consider fully licensed Therapists who are able to supervise other therapists). 3. Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) certification is preferred. 4. Two years recent related experience working with eating disorder clients required OR equivalent experience with recovery programs. (Please note: experience treating eating disorder clients is strongly preferred over any other equivalent experience) 5. Previous experience supervising a team. 6. Ability to assess, plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and problem-solve. 7. Demonstrated therapeutic skills in the areas of case management, individual and group therapy with adults with various mental disorders. 8. Training/certification in evidenced based treatment modalities preferred. What you need to know: 1. This is a full-time opportunity with full benefits included. 2. Participates in and leads a variety of team meetings including supervision, in-services, presentations, trainings and family week. 4. Provides individual therapy, group therapy and family therapy. 5.
