Required skills and experience: 1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. 2. Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in revenue cycle management. 3. Multi-site healthcare experience is required. 4. Exceptional written and oral presentation skills; ability to present concisely and with detail. 5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including. What you need to know: 1. Remote opportunity, however expectation to head back into an office setting once restrictions lift. Office will most likely be located in Broomfield. 2. Full-time position with competitive benefits. Monday - Friday, 8a-5p schedule. 3. This is a new position brought on due to growth. Interview process: 1. Phone screen with the CFO 2. Onsite or Video chat with the CFO, may a few more members of leadership 3. Possible follow up Job selling points: 1. Work directly with the CFO, manage all claim related activities including eligibility to the final adjudication and payment of claims. Additional job details: 1. Managing billing and collections team: Developing key performance expectations and metrics for each role within the department, monitoring and evaluating staffing needs, establishing goals, launching new incentive programs, and reporting on overall performance. 2. Work closely with front desk supervisor to ensure proper operations as they pertain to revenue cycle functions. 3. Improve billing and collections policies and procedures across the organization, both within the billing and collections department, as well as at the site level. 4. Compile, analyze, and interpret weekly and monthly financial reports (claim denials, payments, submissions, reconciliations, days sales outstanding, accounts receivables etc.)
