Overview

Required skills and experience: • Graduate of an accredited school of therapy and licensed as a therapist by the State in which practicing. (PT/OT/ST) • A minimum of two years as a therapist in a Long Term Care setting. • A minimum of two years in a supervisory/management/leadership role in a healthcare setting. • Possesses a current, unencumbered license to practice as a therapist in PA (OT/PT/SLP) • Possess current CPR certification. • Presents proof of current negative TB test or negative chest X-ray. What you need to know: • To plan, organize, develop and direct the delivery of therapy services in designated facility in accordance with current Federal, State, and local regulations, standards, and guidelines as well as Agency policies and procedures. • To ensure the provision of the highest quality care to residents and families. • To demonstrate support for and leadership in achieving the mission of the Therapy Agency and manage the performance of therapy department personnel.
