Overview
Required skills and experience: As the Regional Vice President (RVP), Home Health you will assume accountability and management for leading field operations for assigned location(s). The RVP is responsible to achieve excellent clinical outcomes, ensure continuity of services, meet all regulatory/compliance requirements, and achieve high patient and teammate satisfaction. To accomplish this the RVP defines annual strategic quality and financial goals, develops and leads initiatives to accomplish these goals, builds an annual operating budget, and manages daily performance to meet the plan. The Regional Vice President, Home Health provides oversight for the Administrators in management of office operations, staffing, and patient care in assigned geographical areas. They understand and practice all legal and company rules and regulations. • Provide oversight for the overall clinical processes, clinical outcomes, and financial performance of assigned Agencies • Ensure quality outcomes and safe patient care from beginning to end of episode • Directly supervise Field Administrator (FA) of assigned Agencies and the FA’s performance on operations, processes, employee issues, and patient/ clinical concerns • Manage the implementation of the recertification program programs related to patient services • Select, train/orient, and coach FAs for assigned Agencies • Work with FAs to ensure employee satisfaction and resolution of issues and concerns • Ensure all clinical policies and procedures are executed in compliance with local, state and federal regulations • Maintain active RN or Therapy license in the state of employment • Consistently demonstrate Core Beliefs and maintain a professional appearance and culture fit as a representative of the company • Perform other duties as assigned What you need to know: • Licensed Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist with supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health programs OR five (5) years supervisory or administration experience in home health care or related health programs • Expertise and Homecare background with multiple sites strongly preferred • Ability to set, communicate and maintain clear goals and expectations • Ability to create positive impressions and communicate effectively with a variety of people and personalities • Ability to identify a situation and handle it with the best possible solution • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions • Detail-oriented and observant • Strong ability to multi-task and be adaptable as priorities change throughout the day • Operational knowledge of HCHB software, PDA’s, ADP, Microsoft Office & Outlook preferred • Knowledge of certification and re-certification as pertaining to patient care and/or Medicare/Federal/ state guidelines • Travel Requirement, as needed (Estimated 50-75%) Interview process: Job selling points: Our employees enjoy: Competitive Pay, Quarterly Bonuses, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401(k) Match, Verizon Wireless Discount, Paid Time Off, and more!
