Overview

The Technical Project Manager will work closely with Business Stakeholders, Executive Leadership and Technical teams to drive successful implementation of a large-scale technology platform. The ideal candidate will have experience working on big data projects including Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Solutions. He/She must understand the role data plays in the enterprise in a variety of fashions from API Integrations, Data lake, NoSQL Databases, Reporting & Dashboarding in order to create efficiencies in the consumption of data/insights. • Lead the initial scoping, requirements analysis and planning for new initiatives by engaging with business and technical teams and driving them to completion • Works with business and technical teams to identify functional requirements that drive architecture and technology decisions to meet customer needs and enables business capabilities • Interface with technical team (Architects, ETL developers, etc.) to ensure full understanding of business requirements and accurate data mapping • Proactively engage with technical and business teams to identify, troubleshoot and mitigate potential platform issues and avoid project delays & risks. • Managing the production and quality of the required IT deliverables • Liaison with project stakeholder and project participants to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated • Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary • Reporting through agreed lines on project progress through multiple medias such as written and verbal presentation updates • Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact • Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project • Conduct project evaluation reviews to assess how well the project was managed • Management of project share sites, software and other technology needs. • Complies and adheres to all company policies and procedures • Attends in-office meetings, participates in meetings, and attends educational programs as needed • May be required to travel up to 10% Qualifications • 10+ years of overall IT Project Management and Scrum experience • 4+ years of experience managing technical projects in healthcare industry • At least 1 successful implementation experience with Data Lake/ Big Data Projects. Knowledge of AI/ML is a huge plus • Proficiency in Agile development techniques and sharing Agile best practices • experience removing roadblocks from development process and leading teams through scrum ceremonies • Well versed with technical terminology surrounding APIs, Integrations and Cloud (AWS) services • Well versed with Healthcare Industry standards HIPAA, HITRUST and other data privacy requirements • Ability to communicate fluently with Technical Architects, Engineers and create project tasks • Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and third-party associates. • Ability to make appropriate judgments; strong problem-solving skills to assess situations to identify potential causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem. • Disciplined style of work ethic. Ability to prioritize and organize. Works efficiently and timely. Strong organizational skills to set priorities, develop a work schedule, and monitor progress towards goals. • Ability to follow directions and work as a team member. • Create and Innovate to develop new and sustainable ways to improve operations and outcomes of project task work. Familiar with project facilitation software • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project Share sites or similar applications.
