Overview

Required skills and experience: 1. Graduate of a four-year college and accredited United States medical school with completion of an ACGME-approved Residency in Psychiatry program. 2. Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist with a California medical license. 3. An unencumbered DEA license. 4. 2+ years of ambulatory mental health clinic or private psychiatric practice experience. 5. Interest in TMS and other interventional evidence-based psychiatric treatment options. 6. Familiarity with charting in Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Electronic Medical Records. What you need to know: 1. This is a full-time, clinically-based position with potential for a hybrid work schedule (for example, if you work 5 days per week, you may be able to work 2 of those days from home). 2. The average patient load for a standard 5 day a week role would be 12 in a day, 50 min intakes and 30 minute follow ups. Interview process: 1. Debbi will follow up with offer conversation and discuss salary Additional job details: 1. Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations which include an evaluation of mental status, current psychiatric symptoms and functioning, as well as psychiatric and other relevant health histories. 2. Develop treatment plans based on evidenced-based standards of care and TMShs’ practice guidelines. 3. Provide timely and accurate charting of clinical encounters through our Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
