Required skills and experience: Minimum Qualifications: ● 1 year of customer support experience ● Experience with salesforce Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience at a healthcare company ● Experience in customer service, preferably some sales experience ● Super user of computers and software programs ● Experience working in dynamic, fast paced environments What you need to know: Employee will start out on a two month trial period before switching to full time with benefits. Hourly rate will reflect as the salary broken down into an hourly pay schedule. Interview process: three calls (first two calls are with the executive team and the third is with a peer) and one tech screening ~20 minutes Job selling points: healthcare benefits after 2-month contract time period, 401(k)
