Overview
Required skills and experience: 1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. 2. Experience with Athena, preferably implementations. 3. Understand different roles within the RCM department is strongly preferred. 4. Experience with Athena and EMR conversions is required. What you need to know: 1. Remote opportunity, however expectation to head back into an office setting once restrictions lift. Office will most likely be located in Broomfield. 2. Full-time position with competitive benefits. Monday - Friday, 8a-5p schedule. 3. This is a new position brought on due to growth. 4. Must be calm, personable and solution oriented in nature. 5. Ability to work in fast paced, high growth environment. 6. Ability to handle multiple priorities. 7. Excellent communication skills. Interview process: 1. Phone screen with the CFO 2. Onsite or Video chat with the CFO, may a few more members of leadership 3. Possible follow up Job selling points: 1. Exciting opportunity to join a team looking to expand in more states in the near future! 2. Work directly with the CFO, act as at the RCM Lead on upcoming EMR conversion. Additional job details: • Collaborate with RCM Manager and RCM Director to create integration plan for expansion and acquisitions • Work with the Financial Analyst on data sourcing of acquisition EMR system to ensure consistent and timely reporting • Ensure multi-locations, using different systems, are working within the Portfolio’s cadence and timelines • Create, manage and track project plans • Identify and manage project level risks and issues • Track project costs and mange to budget • Provide leadership, oversite, best practices and ensure successful outcomes • Organize and lead meetings to communicate project status, highlight dependencies, manage expectations, generate cross-functional alignment, keep projects on track, and provide solutions to roadblocks
