Inside Sales Representative

Overview

Required skills and experience: •Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales experience in any capacity •Experience with HubSpot is awesome, but experience with CRM & ERP tools is required. •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to seek input when required, prioritize and drive results.  •Excellent problem-solving capabilities – you will need to quickly and creatively solve complex customer issues. You will need to recognize when to ask for help.  •Strong mechanical aptitude – building trades and mechanical HVAC or building automation experience helpful. •Ability to learn HVAC and lighting control systems required.    The Person We Need Has: •An Extremely High Technical Aptitude… we are a high- tech company with a large number of digital tools •Awesome organizational skills. Like able to actually herd cats organizational skills. •Integrity. At all times and in all situations. •Enthusiasm, drive, and a desire to take ownership of all tasks under the ISR umbrella. •Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism. •A love of selling. You probably had the most profitable lemonade stand in the neighborhood when you were 8.  Interview process: - First round interview is a one sided video questionnaire (make sure your candidate knows about this step). Client will send the candidate a link and the candidate will be recorded answering different basic interview questions.
