Overview
Required skills and experience: • Client does not require any certifications or schooling, but candidate does need extensive computer experience. • Tech savvy-This position requires being on the computer all day, bouncing between multiple applications. • Microsoft office experience is a definite requirement, but then the other applications can be trained rather easily as long as they are proficient on a computer. • Communication skills are a strong requirement since candidate will need to communicate with customers and technicians on an ongoing basis, both verbally and via email. • Past dispatch experience would be a plus, but not necessarily a requirement. • ***Someone who has past experience in banking may be a good candidate because they may then be familiar with the products the client services. • Knowledge of security equipment, ATMs, and/or bank equipment is a plus. • Past Data entry experience is a plus. • Enjoys a fast-paced work environment. • Able to work overtime and/or occasional weekends Interview process: 1. Phone screen 2. Video/Phone interview with Territory Managers 3.
