Overview

Required skills and experience: 1. Accounting, Finance or Business related degree. 2. Five to Seven years report writing, data management and business operations analysis. 3. Advanced Excel modeling and pivot table skills a must. 4. Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting. 5. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while meeting tight deadlines. The position is responsible for pro forma, model templates, M&A proposal support, extracting information from the Practice’s EMR and Accounting systems, utilizing software and Excel to create reporting, conduct queries and deliver business reporting for the management team. Analyze data sources for the purpose of creating user-defined reports and/or report enhancements. 2. Use database applications and analytical tools to evaluate data quality, applications, and functions to produce outputs resulting in suggestions to management for operational efficiencies. 3. Report creation – customization of forms, creation of Dashboards, creation of Queries. 4. Develop, maintain and produce timely and accurate internal financial, operational and metric reports. 5. Create driver-based models for quick operational and budgeting shifts per changing business needs. 6. Generate scorecards evaluating add-on opportunities and summarize the information to the executive team. 7. Ad hoc requests from Management.
