Daily Notes: ***5/10 - 2 of the positions have been filled. The client is still looking for 2 RN to work day shift 4/23 - 2 day shift spots available - Every other weekend requirement - shift times are 7-7 Required skills and experience: - Clinical Expertise: Collaborates with other members of the health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate an individualized written plan of care based upon a physiological, psychosocial, spiritual assessment consistent with patient/significant other’s changing needs & goals, utilizing the Clinical Practice Model (CPM) and the “Caring-Quality Model.” - Knowledge: Seeks life-long learning through certification, advanced practice, higher education, and literature review. - Leadership/Credibility: Demonstrates leadership through sharing of knowledge, being a clinical resource, and professional role model. - Communication: Demonstrates effective communication through collegial relationships, SBAR, and interdisciplinary communication. - Productivity: Demonstrates enhanced time management skills and ability to assist others in order to contribute to the overall performance of the team. - Performs other duties consistent with the purpose of the job as directed by general and unit-specific competency-based objectives. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ Years of experience - 5/17 start - Required CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS - BLS (AHA) STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: - Michigan ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: - Can take clean out of state license - Must apply for MI license upon offer accepted
