Overview
Requirements: • Our ideal candidate will come from a staffing industry background ideally within the construction/skilled trades industry. Would also consider Vendor Management Software, HRIS Software, or Construction Software Sales. Experience working in a fast pace high growth technology enabled/Services environment • A minimum of 5 years of high performing sales experience and achievements • A minimum of 3-5 years in a sales leadership and management role • Staffing experience preferred • Experience with construction sales or VMS sales experience a plus • Proven success selling to the C-Suite and Executive level Operations • Proven track record of cold calling, landing, and growing accounts • Demonstrable success in team development and mentorship • Experience within an early stage company preferred, but not required
