***Updated Note 5/11*** This position is someone that is involved very early in the clinical trial design process (pre-sales). Someone that works for a CRO. 5/7: The client needs a candidate who is involved very early in the clinical trial DESIGN. All the candidates so far that i've reviewed, and the select few that i've submitted, have all been too operational. That's the feedback i'm getting every time. They need to be involved with the design of the clinical trial working directly with a pharmaceutical client/vendor. This position is still wide open! 5/3: Here is some feedback from the client on a candidate we sent over. This resume has been reviewed and they would not be a fit for the Design position. Too clinical operations focused, and we need someone that is involved much earlier in the process while working directly with a potential pharmaceutical sponsor to show how we would carry out their trial. Required skills and experience: - Developing and maintaining productive relationships with clients across various points of contact - Spearheading communication with the client during the design process; tracking client’s progress within the company pipeline - Leading efforts to design, assess, price, and contract their services, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among all parties - Gathering and understanding clients’ requirements and designing and presenting effective research solutions that elegantly utilize company capabilities - Developing, leading, and improving client interactions, engagement, and presentations - Continuously developing and evaluating opportunities to improve, enhance, or expand company services, offerings, and client engagement - Engaging clients once a project has launched to ensure customer success; identifying opportunities for process improvement; communicating feedback effectively to the relevant stakeholders - Ensuring that design of each program includes development of processes, guidelines, and requirements which can be followed throughout the program’s lifecycle - Participating in the review and analysis of program opportunities, account planning activities, and development and implementation of project management / project governance processes related to client experience - Developing, reviewing, and contributing to client-facing content; participating in the client education / change management sessions - Managing meetings with clients, including identifying the right combination of participants for each meeting from both the client’s side and internally What you need to know: - Do not recruit from Science37 - Advanced degree in healthcare-related field, preferred - Bachelor’s Degree, required - Background in Life Sciences or biopharmaceutical industry, required - Management consulting background, required Job selling points: - Health, dental & vision that are effective on day one of employment - 401K with company match - Twelve-week maternity leave with 100% of salary - Six-week parental leave with 100% of salary - Short & long-term disability - Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), plus holidays and bereavement leave - Life insurance - Pre-tax commuter benefits - Fitness reimbursement - Employee assistance program - Employee discounts (retail, hotels, food, restaurants, car rentals, and much more) Additional job details: This position is remote, with preference for location in East Coast or European time zones.
