Clinical Supervisor - RN

Overview

Required skills & experience: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred, in nursing with current licensure to practice nursing in the state of agency operation. 2. Shall have at least two (2) years experience as an RN with two (2) years experience in home care and possess and maintain CPR certification while employed in a clinical role. 3. Supervisory and Administrative experience. 4. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and in good working order. What you need to know: 1. Supervise day-to-day clinical and office operations. 2. Ensure new patient referrals are assigned to the appropriate clinical personnel and that evaluations are performed within 48 hours, unless sufficient documentation exists to warrant a delay in care. 3.
