Overview
What you’ll be doing: •Triage, solve, resolve, and document solutions for IT requests across the entire organization •Configure, maintain, troubleshoot & repair all office computers, equipment & peripherals (with an emphasis on Apple products) •Support LAN/WAN networking infrastructure including maintenance, upgrades, migrations, and implementation.etc •Support on-premise virtualized server infrastructure •Monitor networks and systems for security vulnerabilities, malicious/suspicious behavior, availability and performance •Implement security standard methodologies across all systems and make recommendations for constant improvement to the firm's cybersecurity posture •Update and maintain disaster recovery plan and all server, workstation, and device backups What you should have: •6+ years experience in systems, networking, or security administration •Exceptional and professional communication skills, both verbal and written •Aptness to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment •Experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors (new systems implementations, new office build-outs, etc) •Strong MacOS and Windows administration •Strong mobile device administration: iOS and Android •Experience with basic networking concepts and protocols (DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, etc). •Experience with SaaS administration: Okta, JAMF, Google Workplace •SaaS, Server administration and Cybersecurity preferred Ideal candidate: *will have a wide breadth of knowledge across a variety of technical disciplines such as networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems administration, SaaS applications, endpoint management, etc. The candidate should also have the ability to become a domain specialist in any one particular topic as the needs of the business dictates.
