Overview
Required skills and experience: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 2. 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting. 3. Technical knowledge of accounting regulations, policies and procedures. 4. Strong computer skills including accounting databases, Excel and other software. 5. Detail- and deadline-oriented. 6. Ability to thoroughly analyze and research information. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. What you need to know: 1. This is a full-time position with benefits. 2. Schedule is M-F from 8a-5p. 3. Can work remotely a few days a week. Interview process: 1. Zoom call with members of the leadership team 2. In person interview Job selling points: 1. Multi-entity accounts payable management and processing. 2. Credit card program reconciliation and management. 3. Daily cash report management. 4. Multiple bank account reconciliations and monitoring. 5. AR reconciliation support to billing system. 6. Review ledgers, statements and balance sheets for accuracy. 7. Record financial information and provide summaries when necessary. 8. Follow internal accounting procedures and policies to ensure financial security is maintained. 9. Expense report program implementation support and management. 10. Corporate office administrative support as needed. 11. Support controller on projects as needed.
