Required skills and experience: 1. Minimum of 1+ year of professional work experience in M&A/Finance/Accounting/Valuation. 2. BA/BS degree from a four-year college or university with a concentration in either Finance, Accounting, or Economics. 3. Ability to understand and analyze financial statements. 4. Strong Microsoft Excel experience; Salesforce experience a plus. 5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing and highly motivated personality. 6. Ability to work in autonomous, fast moving environment. 7. Ability to analyze and problem solve strategically. What you need to know: 1. Additional job details: 1. Review, analyze, and present financial summaries of target OBGYN clinic partnerships. 2. Assist with the due diligence and underwriting processes, including the construction of investment committee approval memorandums and financial models. 3. Assist in the support of Business Development team members in the field to drive an effective and efficient pre-acquisition lifecycle. 4. Effectively generate and communicate financial analysis in efficient and timely manner. 5. Assist in the management of the company's pipeline of potential acquisitions. 6. Support company integration team to ensure smooth integrations of target OBGYN clinics. 7. Work closely with the key stakeholders to assist in financial projects and execute operational improvement initiatives. 8. Assist and participate in cross functional teams and projects to ensure sufficient levels of return. 9. Provide leadership toward additional value-added activities and support operational and departmental excellence. 10. Constantly evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve efficiency.
