Required skills and experience: 1. 4 years of relevant marketing experience required. 2. Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field strongly preferred. 3. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as previous experience with marketing analysis. 4. Familiar with marketing platforms or possess aptitude to learn. 5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 6. Creativity, and ability to think “outside of the box”. 7. Exceptional time management skills. 8. Great customer service skills. 9. Must be a creative and a team player. 10. Ability to maintain professionalism in the face of demanding situations. Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation. 2. Writing various types of articles on a wide range of topics for a variety of platforms. 3. Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote the company and to attract site visitors. 4. Create product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our organization. 5. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying. 6. Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads. 7. Engages audiences on a variety of outlets including online forums, social media platforms, Slack, in-person groups, and more to reach all audiences. 8. Acts as community manager who acts as the voice, tone, and moderator of our brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust.
