Overview

Required skills and experience: 1. Two years of supervisor experience within the last five years in a hospice, home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility. 2. Sufficient background knowledge and expertise in clinical decision-making for the patient population. 3. Current California RN license and CPR-AHA certification. 4. Current California Driver's License with proof of liability insurance for automobile. 5. Previous experience as a Registered Nurse and/or in-home health, clinic, hospice, long term care, or population health. What you need to know: 1. $10,000 sign on! 2. Schedule: Days, 8-5. Rotating on-call. Possibly have hours outside of 8-5. 3. Exempt position so no pay if called in. Interview process: 1. Screening with Recruiter 2. Phone interview with Director of Ops 3. Interview with VP-level 4. Meet with other Supervisors in Hospice and Home Health 5.
