Mondays: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm w/60 lunch - Location 1 Tuesdays: Off Wednesdays: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm w/30 lunch - Location 2 Thursdays: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm w/30 lunch - Location 2 Fridays: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm w/30 lunch - Location 1 # of openings: 1 Duties: Treating acute and chronic conditions, wellness and prevention, patient education, minor procedures, woman’s health, dispensing, eScribe, use of EMR. Treating ages: 18 years and up Interview: Yes Assignment Status: Temporary Additional Comments: Dispensing Requirements Should be comfortable with treating both acute and chronic medical conditions including but not limited to diabetes, heart disease, pulmonary disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, obesity, renal disease, liver disease as well as standard physicals and wellness exams.
