Engagement Associate

Overview

Required skills and experience: - Local to Nashville, TN area - Bachelor’s degree highly preferred - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel - 2 year’s experience in staffing/recruitment/talent acquisition - Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PowerBI, and Calendly - Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision. - Creative problem solver able to work independently in a start-up environment What you need to know: - General understanding of many different industries as they pertain to staffing (Healthcare, IT, Skilled Labor, Customer Service) - Strong ability to understand what a job description is looking for and screen a resume based on their qualifications compared to it. - Review resumes as they pertain to job descriptions and decide if a candidate meets the basic minimum requirement to be reviewed (education, certification, location, etc) - When needed, call and clarify skillsets mentioned, or vaguely explained in a resume. - Manage pipeline of recruiter’s referrals for a variety of many different jobs in different staffing verticals (IT, Skilled labor, Nursing, Physician Recruitment, Healthcare IT, Accounting, Operations, Marketing, Sales). - Work closely with recruiters and be candidate advocate for jobs - Be organized, but ability to pivot in a fast moving environment. - Establish and maintain employer relationships to ensure ongoing support, tracking all engagement in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Develop and execute your individual work plan aligned with our strategic goals with measurable targets and outcomes - Other initiatives as assigned - Communicate status on multiple projects with team members. - Create and update workflows as needed. - Update work instructions as needed. - Monitor project progress and communicate potential issues.
