Overview
Required skills and experience: •Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce (CPG a plus) with Powerbi experience required. •Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required. •Data-driven approach to decision making. •Experience with CDP/CDXP consumer segment/lookalike building and consumer messaging campaigns (Exponea/Bloomreach experience a plus). •Ability to connect consumer touchpoint across omnichannel experience. •Developing ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to broad based stakeholder audience. •Demonstrated strategic and technical skill set with a strong intellectual curiosity, ability to activate data-driven insights, and critical understanding of omnichannel consumer behavior. •Proven record of success with a range of digital data sources, including first party data. •Ability to find actionable insights and connecting consumer trends in meaningful ways. Additional Job Details: •Identify revenue unlocking data insights in our online retail partners portals like Albertsons, Amazon, Costco, Instacart, Kroger, Target, Thrive Market, Walmart, and many others. •Create and maintain customer retention dashboard that tracks customer retention metrics like purchase frequency, purchase recency, customer value, and customer lifecycle stages; identify opportunities to improve eCommerce KPIs & reporting. •Develop visualizations for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting and report automation. •Partner with external analytical stakeholders on a daily basis to plan, execute, and analyze projects (i.e., MikMak, Knotch, Yotpo, and Bazaarvoice). •Delve into customer behavior, identifying segments and trends to test, learn, and create new initiatives for online channels. •Use analytical and statistical rigor to answer ad-hoc business questions and drive business decisions. Find and create ways to optimize big data models and data sources. •Continue to build and fine-tune analytics tools, including Google Analytics or Outcomes through detailed event naming, site tagging, and property definitions. •Contribute to A/B testing efforts and personalization / segmentation tests; report and share findings regularly with stakeholders and leadership. •Perform Quality Assurance checks to ensure the results you provide are accurate and appropriate to the needs of solution. •Automate Business Processes as required. •Performs other projects as assigned.
