Overview
Responsibilities: • Oversee our credentialing and onboarding teams • Build and improve internal processes to save time and remove friction • Automate a supply-side conversion funnel to prepare for 100x scale of onboarding • Understand Provider pain points in the process and make recommendations for how to remove/reduce them • Hiring, managing and developing a team that provides leverage Requirements: • Experience automating and optimizing a conversion funnel for a high-volume supplyside marketplace • Experience pushing a team toward automation and processes that allow a manual function to scale infinitely • Experience in front line people management in an operational function (support, success, other front line operational functions) Benefits: • Comes with equity at a series A start-up • Benefits (Healthcare, vision, dental) • 401(k) percentage of employer contribution no matter what you invest • Remote role • Technology Stipend (Macbook, keyboard, monitor, etc.)
