Overview
Ongoing contract - highly likely that this will continue to be renewed LIST OF REQUIRED PAPERWORK AT THE END Assist providers, surgeons, and clinical staff and preoperatively assess and perform duties of a circulating RN or moderate sedation RN during the procedure, assess and prepare the patient for a procedure, and/or Postoperative RN to assist in recovery. POSITION SUMMARY RN Circulator plans and performs all nursing care for patients who will undergo surgery and other invasive procedures. They manage all the necessary care inside the surgery room, assisting the team in maintaining and creating a comfortable, safe environment for the patient and observing the team from a wide perspective. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - One year of Operating Room experience, preferably in an Ambulatory Surgery setting - Associates Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred - Current RN license with any United States recognized Board of Nursing - BLS certification and ACLS required, PALS required or must obtain within 3 months of hire - Scrub experience preferred, moderate sedation experience preferred. Schedule: Monday-Thursday -4 10-hour shifts or 3-12 hours shifts -Previous experience in the OR highly preferred, or in an Ambulatory Surgery setting -Scrub experience preferred, moderate sedation experience preferred. -Associates Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred Required Documentation: - Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS - CV/Profile - References - Skills Checklist - Background Check (run by relode) - DL/Photo ID - Drug Screen (done by candidate, not through relode) Required Vaccines/Tests: - Covid Vaccine - Flu Shot - Health Assessment - Physical - Hep B - MMR - Physical - TB - Varicella
