Overview
Job Description We are looking for a Talent Sourcer with prior experience identifying and developing relationships with top professionals. The Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other members of the People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under project deadlines. We are in the midst of a hyper-growth mode across all of our teams. Prior experience sourcing talent during a significant hiring surge would be a plus! Essential duties and responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies • Works with the recruiter and hiring manager to define candidate personas • Create and maintain candidate outreach campaigns • Schedule calls and interviews for the recruiter • Has knowledge of how to use and identify talent across various sourcing channels • Ability to leverage data and metrics in order to achieve team KPIs • Act as the liaison between various recruiting partners • Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when appropriate • Utilize our ATS to keep track of open roles • Participate in recruiting events • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements • 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer • Familiarity with the development of candidate pipelines • Tech-savvy • Excellent communication skills • Ability to juggle multiple calendars • Problem-solving aptitude • Critical-thinking skills • BSc in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or relevant field • Additional Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Every 30 days, customers receive a personalized roll of pre-sorted prescription medications, vitamins, and OTC medications with clearly-marked dates and times to make managing them easy. Any ointments, lotions and inhalers, are included, too. Each delivery includes a label that explains what each pill is and how it should be taken in easy-to-understand language. Customers can email or call their assigned pharmacist any time to ask questions or clarify instructions.
