Overview

Requirements: We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. This individual will also provide recruitment support to the department in various aspects. Essential duties and responsibilities: • Coordinate hiring activities • Participate in candidate sourcing efforts • Schedule calls and interviews • Act as the liaison between various recruiting partners • Undertake clerical duties at times (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters) • Prepare and post job ads online • Help with resume screening and initial phone screens • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates • Handle records and paperwork • Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations) • Manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates • Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when appropriate • Utilize our ATS to keep track of open roles • Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters) • Coordinate drug tests and background checks • Participate in recruiting events • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements: • 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle • Tech-savvy • Excellent communication skills • Ability to juggle multiple calendars • Problem-solving aptitude • Critical-thinking skills • BSc in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or relevant field Additional Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Features: This offering is designed to serve people who manage multiple prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications. Every 30 days, customers receive a personalized roll of pre-sorted prescription medications, vitamins, and OTC medications with clearly-marked dates and times to make managing them easy. Any ointments, lotions and inhalers, are included, too. Each delivery includes a label that explains what each pill is and how it should be taken in easy-to-understand language. Customers can email or call their assigned pharmacist any time to ask questions or clarify instructions.
