Hospice Liaison

Overview

Required skills and experience: 1. Bachelor’s degree with one (1+) year experience in healthcare or hospice business development, with a clinical background as an RN/SW/LVN required. 2. Successful previous experience in business development, outreach or healthcare related role. 3. Current book of business preferred. Looking for someone with contacts in Memorial Hospital, St. Joseph’s hospital & Candler Hospital. 4. Vaccinated against Covid-19 as there will be traveling throughout hospital systems. Responsible for establishing and developing new business contacts, maintaining current relationships and developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan. Covers the sales/marketing region assigned. 4. Maintains a complete, up-to-date record of referrals including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing and senior living facilities’ management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory. 5. Maintain a complete, up-to-date record of targeted referral sources in territory in CRM. 6. Develops and maintains client relationships within a competitive marketplace. 7. Prepares business plans and maintains target lists. Prioritizes accounts in accordance with the market sales plan. 8. TERRITORY: Savannah and Pooler.
