Required skills and experience: • Established relationships with target organizations (at least 2-3 years of recent relevant experience) • A proven track record of B2B selling • Superb interpersonal skills, communication, presentation and negotiating skills • Current knowledge on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. • A positive, confident and determined approach • Resilience • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team What you need to know: • Small company environment • Quicker sales cycle • Will have 5-6 sales executives on the team • Real hunter mentality role. Must be comfortable with outbound/cold calling. • Need current book of business • This is very much a performance driven role. Interview process: 1. Phone/video interview with COO 2.
